The in-house PLÅNTZ hemp seed oil is something very special. When pressing the hemp seeds, we take great care to ensure that the oil is never heated above 40 degrees Celsius, despite the high pressure in the press, in order to be able to offer a cold-pressed oil without any loss of nutrients and vital substances. But that is not the point that makes our hemp seed oil so special. Our real trick is that we give our oil time. Our oil is not filtered, but has the privilege of standing on its own grounds for 4 to 8 weeks and filling itself with the nutty taste of the hemp to an incredible extent. Only when all suspended matter in the oil has settled is the oil removed and bottled directly. This can also lead to a slight formation of sediment in the end product, but for us this is more of a quality feature. We also use the valuable grounds in our own products such as our hemp scrub facial peeling instead of wasting them. PLÅNTZ hemp seed oil is very versatile in cold cooking. Once you get a taste for it, the nutty aroma is hard to imagine in salads, smoothies, porridge and much more.
